Service summary

An evaluation of how social responsibility commitments are reflected in organisational decisions and practices. The assessment examines governance, stakeholder engagement and implementation against a defined framework appropriate to the organisation.

Findings help management distinguish stated commitments from supported performance. ISO 26000 may inform the criteria as guidance, but the service does not issue ISO 26000 certification or a universal social responsibility rating.

• Compare public statements with the records supporting them.
