Service summary

An evaluation of employment practices against the organisation’s stated commitments and applicable local requirements. The review examines access, treatment and accountability across selected stages of the employment lifecycle.

Findings provide an evidence-based view of implementation without imposing an unagreed model or legal interpretation. Personal information is protected, and conclusions recognise the limitations of workforce data and the local employment context.

Methodology
