Service summary

A review of workplace arrangements affecting ethical conduct, dignity and employee welfare. The audit examines how expectations are communicated and how concerns are raised, handled and followed through.

The service gives management evidence of whether stated values are reflected in practice. Confidentiality is protected, and the engagement does not replace specialist misconduct investigations or legal determination of individual employment disputes.
