An assessment of the manufacturing conditions and practices that underpin food safety and product integrity. The audit examines whether foundational controls are consistently applied across people, premises, equipment and production activities.

Findings provide practical visibility of operating weaknesses and inconsistent routines. The service evaluates existing practices against agreed criteria; it does not issue a regulatory manufacturing approval or certify individual production batches.
