Service summary

A process-focused assessment of manufacturing activities against specifications and operating requirements. The audit examines the consistency of setup, process monitoring and control of outputs through selected production stages.

The service gives management evidence of how intended controls operate under actual conditions. It does not validate a production process or certify the conformity of every batch produced.

Methodology

Selected production orders are traced through setup, processing, inspection and handover using direct observation and relevant manufacturing records.

• Select orders, changeovers and nonconforming production cases.
• Observe setup, processing and in-process control activities.
• Trace monitoring records, material identity and release interfaces.
• Evaluate deviations, rework and corrective action evidence.
• Report process-specific findings and sampling limitations.
