A Separate Regulatory Pathway for Every Market

Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Libya and Sudan are additional regional markets, not GCC member countries. Their business-registration, product-control, customs and conformity-assessment arrangements must be assessed independently.

Our approach begins with the intended activity and transaction. We identify the competent authority, confirm the available approval route and review the evidence needed. In markets with changing administrative or operating conditions, engagements are additionally assessed for lawful counterparties, payment and transport feasibility, and authorized local support.

A Clear Route from Enquiry to an Organized Submission

01

Understand Your Requirement

Identify the target country, product or activity, applicant, existing approvals and intended trade or operating route.

02

Confirm Scope and Eligibility

Check the applicable authorities, likely approval route, service authorization and impartiality conditions before agreeing the work.

03

Review Documents and Evidence

Check the agreed records for completeness and consistency, and identify missing technical or regulatory evidence.

04

Coordinate Authorized Applications

Support permissible submissions, testing or inspection arrangements and authority queries through eligible applicants and providers.

05

Record Outcomes and Next Actions

Organize issued documents, outstanding actions and validity dates. Any continuing support is defined separately in the agreed engagement.

Practical Support with Clear Deliverables

Know What Applies

A defined requirements matrix separates mandatory approvals from optional schemes and destination-specific conditions.

Prepare a Coherent File

Document checks help identify missing evidence and inconsistencies before applications or shipments are submitted.

Understand Responsibilities

The agreed scope identifies the applicant, regulator, assessment body, licensed adviser and TQCSI Arabia’s role.

Keep Track of Decisions

An organized status record captures submissions, queries, issued documents, validity dates and remaining actions.

What Your Engagement May Include

  1. Country and activity-specific regulatory requirements matrix
  2. Competent-authority and approval-route checklist
  3. Technical, commercial and application-document review
  4. Coordination record for accepted testing, inspection or certification
  5. Application, query and approval-status tracker
  6. Document handover and validity/renewal register

The proposal identifies the exact deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions and fees. Not every engagement includes every item, and authority charges or third-party costs are stated separately where applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does TQCSI Arabia issue government approvals or business licences?

No. The relevant government authority or appointed scheme body makes its own decision. Our role is limited to the services agreed within our authorized scope, such as regulatory information, document review and permissible coordination.

Does one approval cover every GCC country?

Not necessarily. A regional conformity scheme may support access for covered products, but national registration, importer, sector and shipment requirements can still apply. Each target market is assessed separately.

Does an ISO management-system certificate replace product registration?

No. Management-system certification, product conformity, business licensing and customs clearance serve different purposes. The required approvals depend on the product, activity and destination.

Can an existing foreign test report or accreditation be used?

It depends on the accepting authority, technical scope, standard, laboratory or accreditation recognition, report validity and scheme rules. Acceptance is checked before relying on the evidence.

Do all products require G-Mark, halal certification or a national quality mark?

No. Each mark or certification has a defined scope. We identify the requirements for the actual product and distinguish compulsory rules from voluntary schemes.

Can you guarantee an approval date or customs release?

No. Authorities and appointed bodies control their decisions, review times and inspections. Any schedule is an estimate based on the confirmed route, complete evidence and the responsible parties’ processing requirements.

Can you help establish a company or complete customs declarations?

We can coordinate requirement mapping and document readiness within the agreed scope. Formal incorporation, legal, tax and customs representation is performed by appropriately licensed professionals where required.

Can you prepare a certification body’s management system for accreditation?

We do not offer management-system consultancy prohibited by our applicable impartiality obligations. Permissible support may be limited to published requirements, existing-scope evidence and administrative recognition coordination, subject to a conflict-of-interest review.

Does country coverage mean TQCSI Arabia has a local office or government appointment there?

No. The pages describe markets in which enquiries can be assessed. Local presence, representation, appointments and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the specific engagement; they should not be assumed from a country listing.

What information is needed to review an enquiry?

Provide the target country, your business role, product or service description, intended activity or shipment route and any approvals already held. An HS code, technical specification or regulator query can be useful where available.
