Programme Summary
Build the understanding needed to discuss cloud services, responsibilities and adoption decisions confidently. Participants compare service and deployment models, examine identity, resilience and cost concepts, and identify questions that matter when moving a business workload. A practical scenario develops a proportionate service recommendation that balances operating needs, security responsibilities, data considerations and ongoing management.
Training Objectives
1 Explain cloud concepts and common service models; 2 Clarify customer and provider operational responsibilities; 3 Connect cloud architecture with business service needs; 4 Improve awareness of security resilience and cost tradeoffs; 5 Support informed cloud adoption and supplier discussions.
Learning Outcomes
1 Distinguish major cloud service and deployment models; 2 Allocate responsibilities for a selected cloud workload; 3 Identify basic identity connectivity and resilience needs; 4 Estimate relevant cost drivers and governance questions; 5 Present a justified cloud service recommendation.
Target Audience
IT Coordinators; Business Analysts; Technology Managers; Procurement Specialists; Application Owners; Digital Project Managers.
Target Industries
Business Services; Retail and Distribution; Financial Services; Healthcare Services; Education Services; Manufacturing.

- Module 7 Costs Governance and Adoption Planning: Consumption charges budgets and cost visibility; Tagging policies and spending controls; Migration dependencies and exit considerations.
- Module 8 Cloud Recommendation Case: Compare options for a business workload; Map responsibilities risks and cost drivers; Present a justified service selection recommendation.
Assessment
- 40 single best answer questions, including applied scenarios; one mark per question.
- 60 minute invigilated digital examination with identity verification. Approved accessibility adjustments preserve the assessed competence.
- Supplied reference sheets permitted; external AI, messaging and unapproved internet assistance prohibited.
- Individual applied assessment (30 minutes): Recommend a cloud service approach for a supplied workload, map key responsibilities and identify security, resilience, cost and supplier questions requiring confirmation.
- Assessment criteria: Accurate service model and responsibility interpretation; Relevant business security and resilience considerations; Clear justified recommendation and explicit assumptions.
- Pass each component separately: 30/40 written marks (75%) and at least 70% on the applied task.
- Individual results and feedback are provided. One reassessment may follow coaching under the published enrolment terms.
Certification
- Successful learners receive a TQCSI Arabia digital Certificate of Successful Completion.
- The certificate records the learner name, exact programme title, teaching hours, completion date and unique verification reference.
- Verified identity, full attendance and separate written and applied passes are required; all mandatory critical criteria must be met.
- Proposed issue target: within 30 calendar days of approved results and settlement of applicable fees.
- Records assessed cloud fundamentals learning; it does not confer a software vendor credential or authorise cloud administration.
- Attendance confirmation may record completed hours for unsuccessful learners; it does not certify successful completion.
