Programme Summary

Create controlled business workflows that reduce repetitive manual work while preserving accountability and reliable records. Participants build flows using triggers, conditions, approvals and structured data, then test errors and exceptional cases in a training environment. Practical exercises develop secure connection handling, maintainable design and clear ownership, culminating in a working automation with documented acceptance checks and support arrangements.

02

Assessment

  • 60 single best answer questions, including applied scenarios; one mark per question.
  • 90 minute invigilated digital examination with identity verification. Approved accessibility adjustments preserve the assessed competence.
  • Written exam uses supplied references; practical permits the training tenant and approved documentation, without external AI assistance.
  • Individual applied assessment (90 minutes): Build and demonstrate a training workflow with a trigger, condition, approval and error path; submit test results and concise ownership, connection and support documentation.
  • Assessment criteria: Correct workflow logic and controlled business decisions; Reliable exception handling and appropriate data access; Complete test evidence and maintainable handover records.
  • Pass each component separately: 45/60 written marks (75%) and at least 70% on the applied task.
  • All mandatory criteria must pass: Do not connect production accounts or send workflow messages to real external recipients.
  • Individual results and feedback are provided. One reassessment may follow coaching under the published enrolment terms.

Certification

  • Successful learners receive a TQCSI Arabia digital Certificate of Successful Completion.
  • The certificate records the learner name, exact programme title, teaching hours, completion date and unique verification reference.
  • Verified identity, full attendance and separate written and applied passes are required; all mandatory critical criteria must be met.
  • Proposed issue target: within 30 calendar days of approved results and settlement of applicable fees.
  • Records assessed Power Automate workflow skills; it does not confer vendor certification or approve deployment into an organisational production environment.
  • Attendance confirmation may record completed hours for unsuccessful learners; it does not certify successful completion.
