Programme Summary
Develop the practical capability to coordinate environmental responsibilities across workplace operations. Participants evaluate impacts, obligations, resource use, pollution pathways and operational controls, then connect these findings with monitoring and improvement priorities. An integrated facility case builds a workable environmental action plan, helping managers allocate responsibilities, engage contractors and demonstrate progress through reliable records and clear performance measures.
Training Objectives
1 Develop coordinated environmental management practices; 2 Connect impacts obligations and operational controls; 3 Strengthen pollution prevention and resource stewardship; 4 Improve monitoring evidence and incident preparedness; 5 Prioritise feasible environmental improvement programmes.
Learning Outcomes
1 Prepare a reasoned environmental aspects register; 2 Translate obligations into operational control actions; 3 Specify suitable environmental monitoring arrangements; 4 Evaluate an environmental incident response plan; 5 Defend a prioritised facility improvement programme.
Target Audience
Environmental Officers; Facilities Managers; Operations Supervisors; HSE Coordinators; Sustainability Coordinators; Site Managers.
Target Industries
Manufacturing; Construction; Logistics; Hospitality; Utilities; Commercial Facilities.

Assessment
- 100 single best answer questions, including applied scenarios; one mark per question.
- 150 minute invigilated digital examination with identity verification. Approved accessibility adjustments preserve the assessed competence.
- Supplied reference pack and calculator permitted; external internet and AI prohibited.
- Individual applied assessment (90 minutes): Prepare an environmental action plan for a supplied facility, covering significant impacts, obligation controls, monitoring, incident preparedness and three prioritised improvements with owners and milestones.
- Assessment criteria: Defensible impact and obligation priorities; Feasible controls and monitoring evidence; Coherent implementation responsibilities and milestones.
- Pass each component separately: 75/100 written marks (75%) and at least 70% on the applied task.
- All mandatory criteria must pass: Do not recommend uncontrolled pollution releases or conceal environmental incidents.
- Individual results and feedback are provided. One reassessment may follow coaching under the published enrolment terms.
Certification
- Successful learners receive a TQCSI Arabia digital Certificate of Successful Completion.
- The certificate records the learner name, exact programme title, teaching hours, completion date and unique verification reference.
- Verified identity, full attendance and separate written and applied passes are required; all mandatory critical criteria must be met.
- Proposed issue target: within 30 calendar days of approved results and settlement of applicable fees.
