Programme Summary
Plan and supervise construction safety as site conditions, trades and work fronts change. Participants coordinate risk assessments, access, temporary arrangements and high risk activity interfaces through a realistic project case. The programme strengthens practical control verification and communication, enabling site teams to identify missing safeguards early while referring structural, lifting, electrical and other specialist decisions to competent personnel.
Training Objectives
1 Integrate safety planning with construction sequencing; 2 Coordinate changing site and contractor interfaces; 3 Verify controls for significant construction hazards; 4 Strengthen briefings inspections and emergency readiness; 5 Escalate specialist and unresolved serious risks.
Learning Outcomes
1 Prepare a construction phase safety action plan; 2 Identify conflicting work fronts and shared hazards; 3 Define critical control checks for selected tasks; 4 Deliver a practical site coordination briefing; 5 Prioritise site findings and follow up actions.
Target Audience
Site Managers; Construction Supervisors; Project Safety Officers; Site Engineers; Contractor Supervisors.
Target Industries
Building Construction; Civil Infrastructure; Industrial Construction; Utilities Construction; Renovation and Refurbishment; Engineering Contractors.

Assessment
- 60 single best answer questions, including applied scenarios; one mark per question.
- 90 minute invigilated digital examination with identity verification. Approved accessibility adjustments preserve the assessed competence.
- Supplied reference pack and calculator permitted; external internet and AI prohibited.
- Individual applied assessment (60 minutes): Prepare a safety coordination plan for a fictional construction stage, identify critical work interfaces and deliver a briefing with control checks and escalation decisions.
- Assessment criteria: Realistic construction sequencing and hazard analysis; Practical critical control coordination; Clear competence boundaries and action priorities.
- Pass each component separately: 45/60 written marks (75%) and at least 70% on the applied task.
- All mandatory criteria must pass: Escalate structural and other specialist risks.
- Individual results and feedback are provided. One reassessment may follow coaching under the published enrolment terms.
Certification
- Successful learners receive a TQCSI Arabia digital Certificate of Successful Completion.
- The certificate records the learner name, exact programme title, teaching hours, completion date and unique verification reference.
- Verified identity, full attendance and separate written and applied passes are required; all mandatory critical criteria must be met.
- Proposed issue target: within 30 calendar days of approved results and settlement of applicable fees.
- Records construction safety management learning; it does not authorise temporary works design, lifting appointments or specialist construction operations.
- Attendance confirmation may record completed hours for unsuccessful learners; it does not certify successful completion.
