Programme Summary
Coordinate product launches through linked quality planning activities and evidence based decisions. Participants translate customer requirements into staged deliverables covering design, process development, supplier readiness and production validation. An automotive component case develops a practical launch plan, with emphasis on risk escalation, cross functional ownership and the interfaces between process flow, failure analysis, control plans and customer approval.
Training Objectives
1 Structure staged product quality planning activities; 2 Translate customer requirements into measurable deliverables; 3 Connect design process and supplier readiness; 4 Manage launch risks and cross functional accountability; 5 Strengthen evidence supporting production approval decisions.
Learning Outcomes
1 Prepare a staged product quality plan; 2 Define launch deliverables and accountable owners; 3 Link process risks with control evidence; 4 Evaluate readiness against stated customer requirements; 5 Present a justified launch action and escalation plan.
Target Audience
Quality Planning Engineers; Project Quality Managers; Manufacturing Engineers; Supplier Quality Engineers; Product Development Engineers.
Target Industries
Automotive Components; Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing; Automotive Electronics; Precision Engineering; Industrial Equipment Manufacturing.

Assessment
- 60 single best answer questions, including applied scenarios; one mark per question.
- 90 minute invigilated digital examination with identity verification. Approved accessibility adjustments preserve the assessed competence.
- Supplied reference pack and calculator permitted; external internet and AI prohibited.
- Individual applied assessment (45 minutes): Prepare a staged launch quality plan and evaluate a readiness case, linking process risks, controls, measurement evidence and customer approval deliverables.
- Assessment criteria: Complete staged planning and ownership; Coherent risk and control linkages; Evidence based readiness judgement.
- Pass each component separately: 45/60 written marks (75%) and at least 70% on the applied task.
- Individual results and feedback are provided. One reassessment may follow coaching under the published enrolment terms.
Certification
- Successful learners receive a TQCSI Arabia digital Certificate of Successful Completion.
- The certificate records the learner name, exact programme title, teaching hours, completion date and unique verification reference.
- Verified identity, full attendance and separate written and applied passes are required; all mandatory critical criteria must be met.
- Proposed issue target: within 30 calendar days of approved results and settlement of applicable fees.
- Records product quality planning skills; it does not provide customer approval, product certification or external core tool qualification.
- Attendance confirmation may record completed hours for unsuccessful learners; it does not certify successful completion.
